Big News & A Big Adventure: ALEx hits the Road
I have something exciting to share—and I hope you’ll come along for the ride.
Starting in January, my husband, our 14-year-old son, our 60 lb dog Boh, and I will be climbing into a 27-foot RV and traveling the U.S. for five months. Yep, five months. In an RV. Together. On purpose.
But this isn’t just a family road trip. It’s a living, breathing experiment in leadership, learning, and life.
This journey is deeply personal—and deeply professional. I’m the founder of A Leadership Experience (ALEx), a company that puts my core belief front and center:
Experience is where we learn powerful lessons.
Not just leaders. All of us.
For many years, I’ve worked with leaders and teams to grow, transform, and thrive. My company, A Leadership Experience, is built on the belief that experience is the best teacher. It’s not just a clever acronym that spells my name (ALEX); it’s a declaration of how I believe transformational learning happens.
Whether I’m working with a team navigating change, a leader exploring their next chapter, or a group trying to build trust and momentum, the approach is always rooted in experience. Not just talking about leadership—but living it, testing it, and learning from it.
This RV journey is an extension of the work I’ve done for decades. It’s me walking my talk—stepping into a new experience, noticing what it teaches me, applying those lessons, and repeating the process. Just like I invite leaders to do.
This isn’t about leaving something behind. It’s about leaning into what’s possible.
It’s about choosing to live and lead with curiosity, courage, and joy.
So, if you’re someone who’s wondering what’s next, who’s craving more alignment, more meaning, or just a fresh perspective—I hope you’ll follow along. I’ll be sharing reflections, questions, and insights from the road, and I’d love for this to be a space where we explore together.
Let’s learn from experience. Let’s grow through it.
Let’s see what unfolds — together.
