For my long career, I’ve worked with groups and observed groups and provide feedback.
In 2021, I learned about AirtimeBA (Behavior Awareness) where we specifically observe VERBAL behavior - what we say.
This body of knowledge has been a powerful and critical add to the skills and knowledge I use for groups - and myself.
Through the AirtimeBA methodology, I study how each of us uses what we say to get work done, build trust, build relationships, collaborate - anything we do when working with others.
This skill is a game changer for clients as it provides a glimpse of habit and an invitation to change or keep the verbal behaviors on purpose.
