How I think about this work -
We all need to do the work.
No matter the audience - Fortune 500 Senior Leader, small business owner, teams - the essence is the same: humans, trying to solve problems, and make something better - with others.
Most of us are on autopilot most of the time — reacting the same way, to the same things, without much thought in it. Having a ‘growth edge’ requires your attention.
The secret: To get different results, you must be and do different things. And this is hard work.
The way out isn't a personality overhaul. It's smaller than that. You’ll find this built into my resources.
