What is AirtimeBA?
The AirtimeBA Methodology offers real-time (human) observational data on 18 verbal behaviors of individuals in a conversation — the kind of data that turns "We just can’t seem to __________" into a clear picture of what's actually happening.
It's built on a simple belief: people can't change what they can't see. AirtimeBA holds up the mirror.
Most clients report a shift in behavior after a single facilitated session.
The AirtimeBA methodology at a glance
At the core, there are 3 parts 1) a conversation of relevance, 2) the conversation is observed and behaviors catalogued by an AirtimeBA Practitioner and, 3) the group considers what they intended to DO and what they actually DID.
“The more I use airtime the more I see the quality of my observation of group behavior improves, especially, in noticing micro-behaviors. This means I am much more versatile with groups and marketable as a practitioner.”
– Andre Kotze, AirtimeBA Founder &
Master Practitioner
